The MassPay Sandbox is a free, self-serve testing environment designed for developers and technical teams to explore and integrate with MassPay's global payout APIs before going live. Using simulated credentials and synthetic data, you can test API calls, validate payment flows, and build your integration end-to-end - without touching real funds or requiring a signed agreement. 1. Sandbox Access

MassPay offers access to a sandbox environment ("Sandbox") for the purpose of testing and evaluating the MassPay platform, APIs, and payout rails prior to entering into a fully executed Master Services Agreement. By registering for or accessing the Sandbox, you ("Developer" or "User") agree to be bound by these Sandbox Terms of Service ("Sandbox Terms") as well as the MassPay Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Purpose and Permitted Use

The Sandbox is provided solely for:

• Technical integration testing and API development
• Evaluation of MassPay's platform capabilities
• Proof-of-concept development prior to commercial deployment

The Sandbox may not be used for any live financial transactions, processing of real funds, or any commercial purpose. All data used in the Sandbox must be synthetic or fictitious. Use of real personal data, real financial account information, or real payment credentials in the Sandbox is strictly prohibited.

3. No Real Transactions

All transactions within the Sandbox are simulated. No real funds will be moved, settled, or held in connection with Sandbox activity. MassPay assumes no liability for any confusion between Sandbox and production environments. Developer assumes full responsibility for maintaining the separation of Sandbox and live credentials.

4. Sandbox Credentials

MassPay will issue Developer with Sandbox API keys and access credentials ("Sandbox Credentials"). Developer shall:

• Keep Sandbox Credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Use Sandbox Credentials solely within the Sandbox environment
• Immediately notify MassPay at support@masspay.io upon any suspected unauthorized use or disclosure of Sandbox Credentials
• Not attempt to use Sandbox Credentials to access the production environment

5. Term and Termination

Sandbox access is provided on a trial basis and may be revoked by MassPay at any time, with or without notice, at MassPay's sole discretion. MassPay reserves the right to limit the duration of Sandbox access, impose rate limits, or restrict functionality at any time. Upon termination of Sandbox access, Developer must immediately cease all use of the Sandbox and Sandbox Credentials.

6. Transition to Production

Sandbox access does not guarantee approval for or access to MassPay's production environment. Production access requires execution of a fully negotiated MSA and pricing agreement, completion of KYB/KYC requirements, and MassPay's approval in its sole discretion. Use of the production environment without a fully executed MSA constitutes acceptance of MassPay's standard Terms of Service and MSA as described therein.

7. No Warranties

THE SANDBOX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MASSPAY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SANDBOX WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR REPRESENTATIVE OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT. SANDBOX FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY MAY DIFFER FROM THE PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASSPAY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO DEVELOPER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO SANDBOX ACCESS OR USE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MASSPAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SANDBOX.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Sandbox, including APIs, documentation, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of MassPay. These Sandbox Terms do not convey any license, ownership interest, or other rights in MassPay's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access the Sandbox for the permitted purposes described herein.

10. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas Developer provides regarding the Sandbox or MassPay's platform may be used by MassPay without restriction or compensation, consistent with Section 7 (Feedback) of the MassPay Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Sandbox Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions of the MassPay Terms of Service.

12. Acceptance

By clicking "Create Sandbox Account," "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing the Sandbox, Developer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Sandbox Terms.
