Ran Grushkowsky is the Co-founder and CEO of MassPay, bringing more than two decades of fintech, engineering, and entrepreneurial leadership to the company’s mission of delivering global, instant, compliant payouts at scale. A builder at heart, Ran specializes in transforming complex financial and regulatory systems into modern and intuitive user experiences. Ran is a renowned industry leader with deep expertise in cross-border payments, regulatory compliance (AML/KYC), embedded finance, remittances and fraud prevention. Cheli Wolf Kroupp is the Chief Operating Officer at MassPay, overseeing the company’s operational strategy, product execution, and cross-functional performance as MassPay expands its global footprint. Cheli’s career spans software engineering, interactive gaming, digital operations, and executive leadership. Prior to MassPay, she was Chief Operating Officer at Uplandme, Inc., a virtual-real-world metaverse and digital-property platform, and previously served as Vice President of Interactive Operations at AGS following its acquisition of RocketPlay, where she led development and oversaw triple-digit year-over-year growth. At MassPay, Cheli brings a blend of technical depth and operational rigor, ensuring the platform delivers reliability, compliance, and scale worldwide.

Ashley Blihovde is MassPay’s Vice President of Finance and Controller, directing the company’s financial operations, accounting frameworks, budgeting, and internal controls. Prior to MassPay, Ashley held senior accounting roles at MerchantE, Mercedes-Benz USA and UPS. She brings extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, and financial governance, and holds an MS in Accounting from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Ashley plays a critical role in maintaining MassPay’s financial integrity as the company scales, ensuring transparency, compliance, and disciplined growth across all markets.

As head of global financial partnerships, Logan is the architect of the company’s international payout network, building and managing the critical banking, payment, and liquidity relationships that power worldwide money movement. Prior to MassPay, Logan held senior partnership and leadership roles across the remittances and B2B cross-border money-movement industry, including executive positions at USEND, WireCash, and ATMCash. His deep expertise in global payments infrastructure and regulatory compliance ensures MassPay delivers fast, secure, and reliable payouts worldwide.

Avital Grushcovski is the Chief Customer Officer at MassPay, leading the company’s global customer experience across onboarding, support, enablement, and long-term partner success. With more than 15 years of leadership experience across digital advertising, cybersecurity, and SaaS, he specializes in building structured, transparent, and scalable customer journeys. Before joining MassPay, Avital served as Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer at Source Defense, where he defined the company’s customer strategy and built a foundation rooted in trust and proactive support. He previously held senior product and services roles at my6sense, Teletel-Walla, and CheckM8. A data-driven operator with a proven record of improving engagement and retention, Avital ensures every MassPay client—from fast-growing marketplaces to global platforms—receives strategic guidance and exceptional support as they scale worldwide.

As MassPay’s Chief Business Development Officer, Pouya Moghavem leads the company’s global growth strategy and drives the expansion of its banking partnerships, payout infrastructure, and Visa Direct enablement programs across the U.S. and Canada. With more than 15 years of experience in the payments industry, Pouya brings a rare blend of strategic vision and practical execution. He has built and scaled both public and private companies, giving him an instinctual understanding of how to commercialize complex financial products and turn them into high-growth businesses.
