Every global payout comes down to four questions from the person on the receiving end: When will it arrive? How much will I get? Can I use it where I live? And can I see what's happening along the way?

When will my payout arrive?
A driver in Manila finishes a shift. The work is done, but the payout can still lose days to a mistyped account number, a name mismatch, or a route that was convenient for the sender and slow for the receiver.
MassPay validates payment details before money moves, so errors get caught while they're still fixable, not after the payment bounces and restarts. Once a payout is cleared, intelligent routing sends it down the fastest available path for that destination instead of one default route for everyone.
Speed isn't real until the receiver has the money. A fast release means nothing if the payout comes back three days later.
How much will I actually receive?
A seller in Sao Paulo has already shipped the order. The payout shouldn't turn into a second negotiation - a fee that shows up after delivery, or an exchange rate that shrinks the total on arrival.
MassPay shows the receiving amount before the payout is confirmed, and that number is what lands. We also charge the transaction fee only when the payout succeeds. A failed payout has already cost everyone time; charging for it would put the incentive in the wrong place.
Can I use it where I live?
One person needs a bank deposit. Another lives on a mobile wallet. Someone else needs cash pickup. The right method isn't whichever one is easiest for the platform to process - it's whichever one the receiver can actually use today.

Without shared visibility, a routine delay turns into two separate problems: the payee doesn't know whether to wait, fix something, or call support, and the sender doesn't know if the obligation is even complete. Then a support team has to piece the payment back together across systems while both sides wait.
MassPay shows payment status - processing, delivered, returned, or needs correction - to both sides in real time. That's what keeps a delay from becoming a support ticket.
One standard, not four separate fixes
These four questions raise the bar past "payment sent." They ask whether the person on the other end got something usable: money that arrived, in the amount they expected, in a form they can spend, with enough visibility to know where things stand if it doesn't.
A payout isn't finished when it leaves the sender. It's finished when the receiver can answer all four questions without having to chase anyone for the answer.
